Lead 2–4 structured psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions each Saturday, using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Provide remote HR administrative support across multiple behavioral health clients, including HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9/E-Verify support, recruiting coordination, benefits assistance, recordkeeping, compliance, and ad hoc HR reporting and projects.

Lead daily operations of the Lynchburg behavioral health facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, clinical quality, and staffing. Oversee directors across clinical, medical, residential, and support services; manage census, admissions, budgets, incident response, and partnerships with stakeholders. Drive recruitment, retention, leadership development, and continuous improvement while implementing organizational strategy and policies.

Support daily operations of outpatient mental health services, supervise and mentor clinical staff, coordinate individualized treatment planning, facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, monitor client progress and program outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance and documentation, and promote culturally responsive, gender-affirming, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches including art therapy and psychopharmacology awareness.

Lead launch and day-to-day operations of a new on-site PHP/IOP program in Brookfield. Manage facility readiness, licensing, staffing, referral development, census and KPI performance, budget, and vendor/regulator relationships while partnering with outsourced HR, compliance, and IT teams to stabilize and grow the program.

Manage group dynamics, apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, maintain timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide individual and group therapy for a caseload of 10-15 clients with mental health and substance use disorders, facilitate one evening IOP group weekly as needed, maintain timely clinical documentation, collaborate with the clinical team, and manage schedule independently.

Facilitate structured psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy), manage group dynamics, support client recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Provide group and individual psychotherapy within outpatient and IOP programs using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, Seeking Safety). Conduct intakes and assessments, implement crisis interventions and safety plans, maintain clinical documentation and coding, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver telehealth sessions, and participate in supervision and program development.

Serve as licensed psychologist of record for program licensure and credentialing. Provide periodic consultation, review and cosign clinical policies and documentation, advise on evidence-based PHP/IOP programming, attend occasional meetings, and be available for time-sensitive signatory requests. No direct patient contact expected.
