Lead pre-opening activities, stand up IOP/PHP/detox/residential programming, build operating systems, manage finances and census growth, ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness, recruit and develop leadership teams, and represent the organization with payers and referral networks.

Use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches, manage group dynamics, document sessions, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Senior operational leader responsible for daily management of a behavioral health facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, clinical quality, staff development, and community partnerships. Oversees admissions, utilization, budgeting, crisis response, and continuous improvement across Clinical, Medical, Residential, and Support Services.

Lead therapeutic groups in outpatient and IOP programs using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, Seeking Safety). Conduct assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, documentation in EHR, telehealth delivery, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participate in supervision and program development.

Lead structured therapeutic and psychoeducational daytime groups for PHP/IOP clients, apply and reinforce coping and recovery skills, monitor group dynamics, document attendance and clinical observations in the EMR, collaborate with clinical team, and maintain a safe group environment under required supervision.

Provide individual and group therapy to a mixed caseload (10–15) of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate weekly IOP evening group as needed, maintain timely documentation, collaborate with the clinical team, and manage schedule independently in a full-time, in-person role.

Use evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities (CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy), manage group dynamics, support client progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide comprehensive case management for adults and adolescents in outpatient behavioral health: conduct intakes and biopsychosocial assessments, develop action plans, facilitate groups, deliver individual counseling, coordinate community and clinical resources, lead treatment team and family meetings, maintain records, assist with toxicology screening and client transport, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery goals.

Provide remote HR administrative support across multiple behavioral health clients, including HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9/E-Verify support, recruiting coordination, benefits assistance, recordkeeping, compliance, and ad hoc HR reporting and projects.
