Senior operational leader responsible for launching and running a behavioral health facility in Dubuque. Lead pre-opening activities, stand up IOP/PHP/detox/residential programming, build operating systems, manage finances and census growth, ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness, recruit and develop leadership teams, and represent the organization with payers and referral networks.

Serve as chief legal advisor to CEO and executive team for multi-entity behavioral health organization. Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, healthcare, employment, real estate, transactions, compliance (HIPAA), risk management, litigation oversight, and governance. Lead M&A, entity formation, contract negotiation, and regulatory strategy across multiple jurisdictions while managing outside counsel and supporting organizational growth.

Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches, manage group dynamics, document sessions, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
