Supports client engagement in PHP and IOP behavioral health programs by taking attendance, contacting absent clients, checking in, and encouraging continued participation. This part-time remote position requires evening and weekend availability, strong phone communication, interpersonal skills, and independent work. The role pays $20–$21 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED with less than one year of relevant experience.

Lead structured daytime group therapy sessions (psychoeducation, process, skills) for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Manage group dynamics, apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, document sessions accurately, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide individual and group therapy for a mixed caseload (10–15) of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate weekly IOP group as needed, maintain timely clinical documentation, collaborate with the clinical team, and manage schedule autonomously.
