Lead 2–4 structured psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions each Saturday, using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Manage group dynamics, complete timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide remote HR administrative support across multiple behavioral health clients, including HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, I-9/E-Verify support, recruiting coordination, benefits assistance, recordkeeping, compliance, and ad hoc HR reporting and projects.

Lead daily operations of the Lynchburg behavioral health facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, clinical quality, and staffing. Oversee directors across clinical, medical, residential, and support services; manage census, admissions, budgets, incident response, and partnerships with stakeholders. Drive recruitment, retention, leadership development, and continuous improvement while implementing organizational strategy and policies.
