Provides clinical and regulatory consulting for the launch of adult substance use disorder Outpatient, IOP, and PHP services in Illinois. Advises leadership on Part 2060 compliance, ASAM-aligned programming, clinical policies, documentation, staffing, supervision, treatment workflows, licensing readiness, and operational risk mitigation. This part-time, primarily remote engagement may transition into a permanent Clinical Director role after program launch.

Leads clinical operations for a new adult substance use disorder treatment facility offering Outpatient, IOP, and PHP services. Builds the clinical culture and team, oversees treatment quality, supervision, documentation, compliance, clinical workflows, patient placement, crisis response, and program readiness. Requires collaboration across medical, utilization review, compliance, and operational teams while supporting licensing, accreditation, payer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Provides clinical and regulatory oversight for a continuing education program serving social workers and behavioral health professionals. Responsibilities include reviewing course materials, learning objectives, post-tests, pilot results, evaluations, grievances, and regulatory requirements; advising on course revisions and emerging topics; supporting ASWB, NBCC, and NAADAC reviews; and serving as the named Social Work Consultant. This remote independent contractor role requires approximately two to four hours monthly and an active unrestricted LCSW license.
