Lead development and automation of optical characterization setups for 3D additive optical components across photonic platforms. Perform hands-on lab measurements, analyze results, produce technical reports, supervise customer and internal characterization work, and scale industrial automated test procedures.

Build and lead the companys people function end-to-end: set people strategy, design hiring and employer branding, implement performance management and talent development, run people operations (onboarding to offboarding), own Personio, turn people data into initiatives, coach leaders, and create an inclusive culture as the company scales.

As a founding product hire, you'll define the product vision, create user journeys, maintain the product backlog, and conduct user research for a cybersecurity platform.
