Lead sales and commercial strategy for a defence technology venture developing acoustic drone-detection systems. Own targets, forecasting, pipeline, key accounts, complex government and enterprise deals, market expansion, partnerships, and international commercial coordination. Build the go-to-market organization, hire and manage sales staff, establish processes, and represent the company with defence, security, infrastructure, and government customers across Europe, the US, and Ukraine.

Work directly with the founder and CEO across customer discovery, market research, outbound outreach, customer conversations, positioning, CRM and process setup, and materials for customers, investors, and partners. The role requires creating structure in an early-stage AI venture, learning technical products quickly, and taking ownership of broad commercial and operational tasks.

Build the company’s core AI efficiency product from the ground up, including token reduction, context optimization, model routing, APIs, evaluations, enterprise integrations, and production infrastructure. Own architecture, reliability, security, distributed-system performance, deployments, and customer-driven capabilities while researching and productionizing new approaches to reduce AI costs without sacrificing quality.
