Lead end-to-end M&A for an acquisitive proptech roll-up: source, qualify, structure, negotiate and close deals. Build proprietary origination channels, manage due diligence with advisors, coordinate integration and support investment committee and fundraising narratives. Use AI tools to streamline origination and diligence. Work closely with COO, CFO and CEO; be Berlin-based or willing to relocate.

Lead and manage M&A activities, including identifying and structuring acquisitions, building pipelines, and overseeing the M&A team across multiple countries.

Lead high-priority projects in strategy and execution for the CEO. Structure complex problems, drive coordination across teams, and improve processes.
