Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI engagements from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and production rollout. Lead and scale the SMB commercial sales team, manage AEs to hit quota, own pipeline and forecasting, build SMB sales processes, recruit and coach, and prospect/close deals using AI-native positioning.

Own the technical sales relationship for mid-market and enterprise prospects. Lead discovery, scoping, product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, RFP/RFI responses, and end-to-end proof-of-concept processes. Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Support, Product, and R&D to address complex requirements and advance high-value deals. The role requires expertise in AI, automation, agent-based solutions, enterprise SaaS sales cycles, and approximately 30% travel.

Own quality for a WordPress marketing site: create test plans, perform manual testing, and build/maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and functional tests. Collaborate with Marketing and Web Development, debug flaky tests, validate SEO and performance, and track bugs through release.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Coordinate audits, maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition, implement accounting systems and automation, leverage AI tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and support ad hoc financial projects and analysis.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, scalable backend services and platform infrastructure. Drive architecture, developer experience, observability, and mentor engineers while using Kubernetes, Docker, cloud providers, and AI-assisted development workflows.
