Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI engagements from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and production rollout. The role requires discretion, independent judgment, strong organization, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead and scale the SMB commercial sales team, manage AEs to hit quota, own pipeline and forecasting, build SMB sales processes, recruit and coach, and prospect/close deals using AI-native positioning.
