Lead Atera's end-to-end conversion optimization program across acquisition, signup, activation, and expansion. Run experimentation lifecycle, own tracking (GA4, GTM, BigQuery), analyze behavioral data, optimize landing pages and personalization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build CRO reporting to drive measurable improvements in conversions and revenue.

Lead and scale IT support and systems teams, own and optimize the company technology stack and IT processes, drive AI adoption, monitor ITSM KPIs, enforce security and compliance, manage vendors and IT budget, and continuously improve use of Atera's product internally.
