The role supports live production events and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Drive technical pre-sales for broadcast, contribution, and video distribution solutions across Northern Europe. Collaborate with account executives and partners, manage RFPs, tailor solutions, deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept, support implementation planning, train customers, maintain technical documentation, and represent Ateme at industry events. The role requires substantial video industry and customer-facing experience, expertise in streaming and transcoding, Linux and networking skills, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.

Deploys, integrates, supports, and troubleshoots ATEME video delivery solutions in broadcast and streaming environments across the Americas. Responsibilities include analyzing logs and performance metrics, optimizing system performance, training customers, documenting procedures, relaying feedback to R&D, and developing automation scripts. The role requires Linux, networking, video compression, streaming protocol expertise, customer communication, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Deploys, integrates, supports, and optimizes video delivery solutions in customer broadcast and streaming environments. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, log and performance analysis, customer training, deployment documentation, automation scripting, and collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Product Management. The role requires Linux, networking, video compression, and streaming protocol expertise, participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and on-site work in Toronto three days weekly.

Define and drive global technical training strategy for video and streaming solutions. Design and deliver in-person and online courses, create cloud-based hands-on labs, own training production lifecycle, collaborate with regional teams and customers, and maintain up-to-date expertise in OTT, broadcast, and cloud technologies.
