Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Ateme’s Denver IT and engineering lab infrastructure. Responsibilities include Linux and Windows systems, servers, networking, firewalls, virtualization, video infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, hardware, monitoring, automation, documentation, and security coordination. The role is fully on-site and requires hands-on lab work, equipment handling, and collaboration with global IT, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

Supports technical sales for complex video delivery solutions in North America. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, architecture, demonstrations, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, technical documentation, customer training, and implementation handoff. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, customers, and partners while developing expertise in video, broadcast, streaming, cloud, networking, and Linux technologies.

Supports engineering lab operations through equipment setup, installation, configuration, testing, hardware handling, RMA activities, network troubleshooting, and Linux and Windows support. Assists with proof-of-concept environments, customer demonstrations, technical issue investigations, and solution validation while collaborating with engineering and technical support teams.

Design, prototype, deploy, and maintain AI-powered internal tools and automation for business teams. Build full-stack applications, agents, workflows, enterprise integrations, and reusable components using generative AI and cloud technologies. Ensure security, governance, testing, observability, documentation, and measurable business impact while supporting adoption across Sales, Support, Product, Operations, and other teams.

Shape the vision, positioning, and market strategy for live video solutions serving broadcasters, sports organizations, rights holders, and streaming platforms. Translate customer workflow and revenue challenges into actionable solutions, collaborate with product and R&D teams on roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and support sales and pre-sales teams. The role requires deep live video industry expertise, knowledge of DAI, FAST, ad-supported workflows, and video monetization models, plus extensive customer-facing solution or product management experience.

Define and drive global technical training strategy for video and streaming solutions. Design and deliver in-person and online courses, create cloud-based hands-on labs, own training production lifecycle, collaborate with regional teams and customers, and maintain up-to-date expertise in OTT, broadcast, and cloud technologies.

Lead project delivery and factory integration, manage deployment schedules and risks, and maintain customer relationships. Provide multichannel technical support, manage incidents in Jira, reproduce issues, validate patches, and improve support processes. Perform FAT/SAT, deploy and verify interoperability of platforms, produce documentation, deliver technical training, support pre-sales, and travel across EMEA.
