Shape the vision, positioning, and market strategy for live video solutions serving broadcasters, sports organizations, rights holders, and streaming platforms. Translate customer workflow and revenue challenges into actionable solutions, collaborate with product and R&D teams on roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and support sales and pre-sales teams. The role requires deep live video industry expertise, knowledge of DAI, FAST, ad-supported workflows, and video monetization models, plus extensive customer-facing solution or product management experience.

Deploy, operate, validate, and improve Ateme video delivery platforms in customer environments, including critical live production systems. Responsibilities include Linux administration, networking, video technology integration, troubleshooting, performance investigations, documentation, customer training, technical collaboration with R&D, and ensuring service availability. The role supports live production events and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Drive technical pre-sales for broadcast, contribution, and video distribution solutions across Northern Europe. Collaborate with account executives and partners, manage RFPs, tailor solutions, deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept, support implementation planning, train customers, maintain technical documentation, and represent Ateme at industry events. The role requires substantial video industry and customer-facing experience, expertise in streaming and transcoding, Linux and networking skills, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
