Supports North American technical sales by discovering customer requirements, designing video delivery solutions, preparing demonstrations and proofs of concept, contributing to RFI/RFP responses, and providing technical guidance. The role collaborates with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams, explains technical concepts to varied stakeholders, supports implementation handoffs, and develops customer-facing and commercial skills in a hybrid Los Angeles environment.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Ateme’s Denver IT and engineering lab infrastructure. Responsibilities include Linux and Windows systems, servers, networking, firewalls, virtualization, video infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, hardware, monitoring, automation, documentation, and security coordination. The role is fully on-site and requires hands-on lab work, equipment handling, and collaboration with global IT, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.

Supports technical sales for complex video delivery solutions in North America. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, architecture, demonstrations, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, technical documentation, customer training, and implementation handoff. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, customers, and partners while developing expertise in video, broadcast, streaming, cloud, networking, and Linux technologies.
