Build full-stack applications, agents, workflows, enterprise integrations, and reusable components using generative AI and cloud technologies. Ensure security, governance, testing, observability, documentation, and measurable business impact while supporting adoption across Sales, Support, Product, Operations, and other teams.

Shape the vision, positioning, and market strategy for live video solutions serving broadcasters, sports organizations, rights holders, and streaming platforms. Translate customer workflow and revenue challenges into actionable solutions, collaborate with product and R&D teams on roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and support sales and pre-sales teams. The role requires deep live video industry expertise, knowledge of DAI, FAST, ad-supported workflows, and video monetization models, plus extensive customer-facing solution or product management experience.

Deploy, operate, validate, and improve Ateme video delivery platforms in customer environments, including critical live production systems. Responsibilities include Linux administration, networking, video technology integration, troubleshooting, performance investigations, documentation, customer training, technical collaboration with R&D, and ensuring service availability. The role supports live production events and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
