Lead and perform complex roadway design for interstate and urban arterial projects, produce contract documents, reports and studies, attend public meetings, manage and review designs, and coordinate with contractors, utilities, concessionaires and agencies. Advise on alternative and P3 project delivery and provide quality control and task/client management.
