Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for AEC services, define and package market-ready solutions, align BD/marketing/proposals with delivery, drive Salesforce CRM adoption, shape pipeline and high-value pursuits, and establish scalable sales motions, positioning, and metrics to grow revenue and win rates.

Lead and perform complex roadway design for interstate and urban arterial projects, produce contract documents, reports and studies, attend public meetings, manage and review designs, and coordinate with contractors, utilities, concessionaires and agencies. Advise on alternative and P3 project delivery and provide quality control and task/client management.
