Leads roadway infrastructure planning, design, and delivery for VDOT and municipal projects. Produces roadway plans, construction documents, alignments, grading, drainage, traffic control, signing, and pavement marking designs. Ensures compliance with VDOT, AASHTO, and local standards; coordinates multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, utilities, and public agencies. Manages schedules, budgets, deliverables, QA/QC, design exceptions, public meetings, and field inspections while mentoring junior staff and supporting proposals and business development.

Leads PMCM growth and delivery across the Southeast, focusing on transportation agency relationships, revenue generation, construction inspection staffing, project controls, program and construction management, P3 oversight, and regional team leadership. The role oversees South Carolina operations, develops Tennessee market entry, converts existing contracts into task orders, builds client relationships, and scales high-performing teams across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The role involves project design, task management, client contact, and quality control for roadway design projects. Responsibilities include preparation of construction documents, reports, and attending public meetings, while coordinating with various stakeholders.
