Develop and maintain financial-market software using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot. Responsibilities include technical analysis, solution design, high-quality coding, automated unit testing, defect resolution, legacy business-logic extraction, performance and UI improvements, code reviews, and collaboration with architects, testers, business analysts, and agile teams.

Provides first-level IT service desk support to global users, handling incidents, requests, remote troubleshooting, device configuration, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, asset lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding. The role monitors SLAs, escalates issues, coordinates with IT teams and vendors, maintains equipment inventories, and supports Windows, macOS, infrastructure, applications, networks, and end-user devices from a centralized Bangkok shared service center.

Works with an agile squad to develop mutual fund solutions, write quality code, create unit tests, resolve defects, and extract business logic from legacy applications.
