Leads business requirements analysis for agile delivery teams, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. Partners with Product Owners and technical teams on backlog prioritization, solution validation, delivery monitoring, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Facilitates refinement sessions, documents functional requirements, mentors junior analysts, and improves business analysis practices.

Administer Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle databases, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, and ZDLRA environments. Manage replication, backups, recovery, performance tuning, security, high availability, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, and failover testing. Troubleshoot database and server issues, monitor system health, maintain recovery documentation, and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure scalability, availability, and end-to-end disaster recovery readiness.

Leads and mentors a software development team, provides technical guidance, conducts code reviews, designs scalable solutions, resolves complex issues, and coordinates delivery with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders. The role requires hands-on Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, microservices, databases, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native development experience, along with standby incident support and a focus on engineering excellence.
