Works with an agile squad to develop mutual fund solutions, write quality code, create unit tests, resolve defects, and extract business logic from legacy applications. Collaborates with developers, architects, business analysts, and testers to review solutions and meet requirements. Proposes performance and UI improvements while contributing to development processes and team communication.

Lead L2/L3 operational support for enterprise AI platforms and production AI agents. Monitor performance, reliability, costs, and incidents; manage root cause analyses, runbooks, and platform onboarding. Coordinate with hub, architecture, and delivery teams to improve monitoring, compliance, and platform lifecycle activities.
