Lead development of customer experience dashboards and reporting, analyse stakeholder data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, prepare executive and Board reporting, coordinate CX initiatives and governance, partner with CRM teams to improve data quality and adoption, and drive customer-centric decision-making across the organisation.

Test and validate Calypso platform changes across end-to-end trade lifecycles. Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and automation tests, perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation, support SIT/UAT/releases, triage defects, contribute to test automation and CI/CD, and document test evidence for governance.

Develop, enhance and support Austraclear fixed-income systems. Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, provide third-line/support (including after-hours), troubleshoot deployments, coordinate platform maintenance, liaise with infrastructure/security teams, and create technical documentation.

Lead technical strategy and design for customer-facing digital products. Contribute to engineering, CI/CD, cloud-native development, quality and production operations, and mentor engineers while collaborating across product, cyber, data and delivery stakeholders.

Serve as the primary EPMO contact for a complex portfolio: manage RAIDs, governance artefacts, portfolio reporting and executive briefings; analyse delivery health, risks, dependencies and capacity; advise program/project teams, coach junior analysts, drive lessons learned and continuous improvement, and support ASX Delivery Framework evolution and budget oversight.

Lead the development of application solutions for Trading and Clearing at ASX, focusing on key engineering practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.

Lead enterprise release governance and coordination across cloud, data, integration platforms and multiple lines of business. Manage release calendars, dependencies, production readiness, automation-first practices, reporting, and assurance. Provide decision-ready risk and readiness reporting to leadership, integrate with change management and CAB, and drive continuous improvement of release standards and tooling.

Implement and deliver end-to-end network and security solutions for a new trading platform and customer access network. Design and deploy enterprise, data center and cloud networks, configure routing (BGP, OSPF), multicast, MLAG and VLANs, manage firewalls and load balancers, liaise with vendors, and maintain documentation and service delivery.

Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts; collaborate with BAs, developers and stakeholders to validate requirements; execute UI and API automated tests; log and triage defects; support CI/CD and DevOps pipelines; test microservices and containerized systems; ensure traceability and testing records for production releases.

Lead and conduct participant supervision investigations and compliance reviews for ASX participants. Manage participant relationships, assess potential rule breaches, gather and analyse evidence, prepare investigation reports and recommendations, monitor remediation, and contribute to policy, process improvement, reporting, and participant education to uphold ASX Operating Rules.

Lead planning and oversight of technology change across trading and clearing systems. Define metrics and dashboards, analyse performance, manage delivery and regulatory change, produce executive and regulatory reporting, engage stakeholders, and create high-quality communication materials to align strategy and priorities.

Implement and operationalise business, operational and technology resilience strategies across Market Operations. Develop scenario libraries and incident response playbooks, lead delivery of resilience framework requirements, support BCP testing, assessments, workshops and monitoring, and work with SMEs to identify and remediate critical operational risks aligned to regulatory standards.

The Principal Adviser will supervise investment products and warrants markets, ensuring compliance, engaging with issuers and advisers, and shaping regulatory frameworks.

Lead and advise Enterprise Resilience strategy and transformation. Oversee resilience frameworks, governance, testing and reporting. Partner with business, technology and risk stakeholders to strengthen resilience across critical operations, manage dependencies, prepare executive/Board materials, and build team capability.

Lead portfolio-level test strategy, planning and execution across integration, data and enterprise platforms. Build quality engineering capability, uplift automation and non-functional testing, report metrics and risks to senior stakeholders, manage resourcing and continuous improvement, and lead diverse testing teams to ensure release readiness and operational resilience.
