The Data Privacy Specialist will manage privacy risks, develop ASX's privacy framework, conduct impact assessments, and educate business units on compliance.

Own and operate Line 1 control assurance for Technology, define and implement a scalable risk-based testing approach, lead assurance execution, partner with SMEs and risk stakeholders, translate outcomes into insights, and drive continuous improvement through standardisation, tooling and automation.

Execute day-to-day third‑party risk management for critical suppliers: conduct risk assessments and due diligence, monitor contracts and SLAs, maintain risk tools and dashboards, report on supplier risk, support governance and audits, and collaborate with Procurement, IT and business units to ensure compliance with security, privacy and business continuity requirements.
