Lead an enterprise-wide Data Management Transformation program, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and delivery. Translate data strategy into implementation plans, oversee multi-stream delivery, drive adoption and change, report to executives and the Board, ensure compliance and assurance, and uplift data literacy and capability across the organisation.

Lead and advise Enterprise Resilience strategy and transformation. Oversee resilience frameworks, governance, testing and reporting. Partner with business, technology and risk stakeholders to strengthen resilience across critical operations, manage dependencies, prepare executive/Board materials, and build team capability.

Lead portfolio-level test strategy, planning and execution across integration, data and enterprise platforms. Build quality engineering capability, uplift automation and non-functional testing, report metrics and risks to senior stakeholders, manage resourcing and continuous improvement, and lead diverse testing teams to ensure release readiness and operational resilience.
