Teams at ASX

Provide end-to-end IT support to ASX staff through phone, email, ticketing, and in-person channels. Install and configure hardware and software, administer enterprise platforms, support Microsoft environments, resolve recurring issues, and assist with meeting rooms, AV systems, and events. Maintain accurate ServiceNow records, support device lifecycles, participate in on-call coverage, and deliver customer-focused walk-up and front-of-house support across ASX offices.

Leads DevOps and platform engineering for equities trading technology. Designs CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code modules, observability capabilities, security controls, reusable tooling, and self-service platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Improves reliability, resilience, automation, operational readiness, incident response, and engineering productivity while partnering with software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and production assurance teams.

Design, build, test, and support secure integration services connecting trading platforms with internal systems, regulatory platforms, customer channels, and data ecosystems. Develop APIs, event-driven services, reusable integration components, CI/CD automation, and observability capabilities. Support production services, investigate incidents, improve operational resilience, and collaborate with product, architecture, data, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
