Develops qualification and validation testing, automates test equipment in Python, establishes reliability targets and mission profiles, leads DFMEA and fault-tree analyses, builds reliability models, performs Weibull and physics-of-failure analysis, investigates failures, coordinates destructive analysis, analyzes telemetry, and mentors engineers.

Develop and maintain reliable flight software and firmware for satellite flight computers, earth station hubs, and custom control hardware. Responsibilities include architecture, design, C++ development, communication protocol integration, continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, hardware-software integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Leads procurement for satellite hardware manufactured by contract partners. Partners with Production, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to resolve production challenges, maintain material availability, support new products, and develop procurement capabilities and teams.

Lead global sales to foreign militaries, ministries of defense, and international government agencies. Own pipeline development, capture strategy, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, deal structuring, forecasting, and contract execution for satellite communications and secure communications services. Build relationships with defense stakeholders, primes, and channel partners while coordinating technical, legal, finance, operations, and USG teams. The role requires extensive international travel and expertise in government procurement, satcom architecture, and ITAR/EAR compliance.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will design satellite networks, work on pre-sales engineering, support regulatory efforts, and interface with various teams.

The Technical Program Manager will drive program execution for satellite development, ensuring successful engineering, production, and launch while coordinating internal teams and managing risks.
