Manage day-to-day relationships with e-commerce retail partners, including Fanatics and JD. Coordinate meetings, reporting, partnership rights, activations, online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive product launches. Analyze sales, inventory, and traffic data to identify growth opportunities, track performance, and develop case studies and reviews. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns and wider retail projects, including matchday and event support.

Manage a portfolio of premium hospitality accounts, building strong relationships with seasonal members and delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences. Represent the club professionally, drive renewals and upselling, tailor client solutions, and contribute to revenue, KPI, and growth targets. The role involves matchday and event work, frequent travel between venues, flexible evenings and weekends, and possible international travel.

Coordinate staffing and workforce planning for matchdays, major events, and daily stadium operations. Manage accreditation, recruitment and onboarding support, training compliance, uniforms, PPE, radios, equipment, financial administration, schedules, records, and operational resources. Analyze data and reports, maintain documented procedures, and collaborate with Club teams and external staffing providers to ensure safe, well-organized event delivery. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, matchdays, and travel between Club sites.

Lead and quality-assure the Academy Education Programme (U16–U21), create individual learning pathways, support academic achievement and transitions, liaise with schools/colleges/universities, lead the day release programme, monitor progress and compliance, embed education within player development, engage stakeholders and families, and promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing alongside football development.
