The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, matchdays, and travel between Club sites.

Lead and quality-assure the Academy Education Programme (U16–U21), create individual learning pathways, support academic achievement and transitions, liaise with schools/colleges/universities, lead the day release programme, monitor progress and compliance, embed education within player development, engage stakeholders and families, and promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing alongside football development.
