Provide site security across Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, report and escalate incidents, coordinate with emergency services, maintain records, and deliver professional customer-facing security support across shift patterns.

Lead the Academy's physical performance and data analysis strategy for the Professional Development Phase. Collect and integrate multi-source player data, generate clear visualisations and benchmarks against elite standards, inform MDT decisions to optimise training periodisation, reduce injury risk, and support on-field sessions alongside Physical Performance Coaches.

Lead and quality-assure the Academy Education Programme (U16–U21), create individual learning pathways, support academic achievement and transitions, liaise with schools/colleges/universities, lead the day release programme, monitor progress and compliance, embed education within player development, engage stakeholders and families, and promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing alongside football development.
