Lead QA for UAV production: manage daily QA operations, non-conformance/MRB/scrap processes, root cause analysis, CAPA, tool calibration, battery safety, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) per ISO9001/AS9100.

Design, validate, and optimize RF links across UAV airborne and ground segments. Perform link budget calculations, select radios/antennas/amplifiers, plan and run RF tests, analyze RSSI/SNR/interference, define RF qualification tests, and troubleshoot communication failures in field and lab environments.

Create and maintain technical training content and literature (User Handbooks, IETM, CBT, online manuals), convert manuals to online formats, support operator training as backup instructor, coordinate updates with engineering/project teams, produce instructor materials and maintain training records and version control.

Design and develop embedded system circuit schematics and PCBs, select components, run simulations, build and test prototypes, ensure EMI/EMC and compliance, collaborate with firmware/mechanical/validation teams, and support production, vendors, BOMs, and DFM efforts.
