Responsibilities include mission planning, site reconnaissance, flight checks, aerial data capture, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, equipment readiness, flight logging, reporting, and coordination with project teams. The role requires travel to project locations, including Nagothane, and supports SOP and training-material development.

Design, integrate, test, and optimize RF communication systems for unmanned aerial systems. Responsibilities include link budget calculations, COTS component selection, RF architecture and antenna optimization, field and laboratory testing, interference analysis, qualification planning, and troubleshooting. The role assesses existing UAV RF performance and develops reliable, scalable RF networks for new platforms while considering propagation, airframe effects, BVLOS constraints, interfaces, power, and physical limitations.
