Responsibilities include reviewing supplier deliverables, preparing design and substantiation reports, conducting optioneering and engineering calculations, applying systems engineering, integrating plant infrastructure, supporting design reviews, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires mechanical and structural engineering expertise, CAD proficiency, manufacturing knowledge, and experience with FEA, fatigue analysis, and regulated-industry design cycles.

Lead design and delivery of complex road and highway projects, provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensure compliance with design standards, perform technical reviews and quality assurance, collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to business development and proposals, and apply sustainable, innovative transportation solutions.
