Manage enterprise marketing for ATD products and programs, focusing on lead generation, email and social campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation, copywriting, sales enablement, and lead lifecycle optimization. The FP&A Manager leads budgeting and forecasting, maintains financial models, and owns monthly and quarterly management reporting. The role analyzes performance, risks, opportunities, headcount, cash flow, products, and business channels. It partners with executives and business leaders on resource allocation, pricing, investments, business cases, and KPIs. The manager also improves FP&A systems, automation, data, controls, and processes while supporting board-level decision-making.

The Project Manager, Technology will manage full lifecycle technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality communication, and collaboration with teams and vendors.

Serve as the central technical owner of the Salesforce org: design security and data governance, build and maintain integrations (Workday, OMS), own release and backup strategies, mentor the Salesforce administrator, and scale Salesforce adoption and platform standards across multiple business units.
