Manages publishing distribution, inventory, metadata, conference bookstore logistics, rights and licensing, royalty data, copyright registrations, CMS publication pages, and author copy distribution. The role oversees multiple sales and distribution channels, validates metadata, controls inventory and fulfillment costs, supports rights management, and provides publication-related customer service. Requires publishing industry experience, advanced Excel, Adobe Acrobat, database and CMS experience, basic HTML, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Manage enterprise marketing for ATD products and programs, focusing on lead generation, email and social campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation, copywriting, sales enablement, and lead lifecycle optimization. Partner with Enterprise Solutions and internal stakeholders to develop proposals, outreach sequences, marketing materials, and campaign strategies. Monitor performance, report results, and coordinate with designers across digital and traditional channels.

The FP&A Manager leads budgeting and forecasting, maintains financial models, and owns monthly and quarterly management reporting. The role analyzes performance, risks, opportunities, headcount, cash flow, products, and business channels. It partners with executives and business leaders on resource allocation, pricing, investments, business cases, and KPIs. The manager also improves FP&A systems, automation, data, controls, and processes while supporting board-level decision-making.
