Drive continuous improvement in production by analyzing processes, performing root cause analysis, implementing process re-engineering, coordinating product launches, tracking KPIs, training operators, and proposing sustainable improvements to quality, cost, safety and delivery across multiple manufacturing sites.

Supervise hourly production teams to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets. Manage staffing, shift meetings, production schedules, KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), documentation, and corrective actions. Partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain while driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S principles.

Provide front-office administrative and clerical support for plant operations: greet visitors, process purchase orders, communicate with vendors, manage mail and supplies, perform data entry, filing, reporting, and support safety, quality and scheduling as needed.

Lead plant quality and compliance, drive product/process improvements, conduct root-cause investigations and corrective actions, deploy Lean/Six Sigma and SPC/CpK tools, expand ISO/QS/TS quality systems, and ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Lead plant manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean methodologies (5S, SMED, TPS). Build and coach production leadership, deploy KPIs, drive SQDC improvements, reduce turnover, and deliver a strategic roadmap for sustained operational transformation.

Package finished products to meet quality and production standards: erect, label, tape, and palletize cartons; assist operators with machine changes; perform quality checks and documentation; maintain 5S and safety standards; use measuring tools and hand saws; lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts in a fast-paced, wet/hot manufacturing environment.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record results and non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, follow safety and SOPs, and support continuous improvement.

Operate manufacturing equipment and assemble window components; inspect products for defects; load machines, pack finished goods, label items, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Cross-train in multiple positions and complete production records and quality checklists. Follow PPE and safety procedures and meet physical lifting and movement requirements.

Supervise and coach production employees to meet safety, quality, and output goals. Oversee line operations as supervisor backup, run daily start-up meetings, track production and quality metrics, train and onboard staff, enforce safety audits and PPE use, fill production gaps when needed, suggest process improvements, and support recruiting and housekeeping in the assigned area.

Pack finished products into cartons and boxes, assemble and prepare cartons, assist with line startups/shutdowns and product changeovers, perform quality inspections and measurements, record production data and box counts, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow safety and company quality standards.

Lead daily production operations and supervise hourly employees to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets. Monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, OEE), enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and apply Lean/Six Sigma/5S continuous improvement practices while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

Pack and prepare products for shipment: erect cartons, pack boxes, assist on startups/shutdowns and product changes, perform scheduled line quality checks, measure material conformance, collect box counts and output data, maintain a clean, safe packaging area. Light lifting up to 50 pounds.

Drive profitable sales of AM Innovations window brands to distributors, national accounts, and dealers across a defined territory. Increase market penetration and share, build and manage customer relationships, provide product/installation/competitive training and support, maintain customer data and pricing, use CRM and reporting to track territory performance, and travel extensively to serve customers.
