Drive continuous improvement in production by analyzing processes, performing root cause analysis, implementing process re-engineering, coordinating product launches, tracking KPIs, training operators, and proposing sustainable improvements to quality, cost, safety and delivery across multiple manufacturing sites.

Lead plant continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and standardized work. Drive OEE, scrap reduction, changeover time, labor efficiency, and equipment reliability through Kaizen, VSM, data analysis, training, and culture change.

Lead site EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance, manage permits and KPIs, drive safety culture, conduct incident investigations, implement risk controls, deliver EHS training, and support sustainability and capital EHS projects.

Lead extrusion operations in a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Manage supervisors and hourly staff, implement Lean/Kaizen improvements, standardize processes, optimize equipment and labor utilization, solve root causes, recruit and develop talent, and partner with union leadership to maintain productive labor relations.

Provide front-office administrative and clerical support for plant operations: greet visitors, process purchase orders, communicate with vendors, manage mail and supplies, perform data entry, filing, reporting, and support safety, quality and scheduling as needed.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record results and non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, follow safety and SOPs, and support continuous improvement.

Lead plant engineering, maintenance, and reliability functions to improve safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage capital projects, implement automation and digital manufacturing solutions, oversee maintenance programs, set KPIs/budgets, and develop engineering and maintenance teams.

Operate manufacturing equipment and assemble window components; inspect products for defects; load machines, pack finished goods, label items, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Cross-train in multiple positions and complete production records and quality checklists. Follow PPE and safety procedures and meet physical lifting and movement requirements.

Supervise and coach production employees to meet safety, quality, and output goals. Oversee line operations as supervisor backup, run daily start-up meetings, track production and quality metrics, train and onboard staff, enforce safety audits and PPE use, fill production gaps when needed, suggest process improvements, and support recruiting and housekeeping in the assigned area.

Lead operational performance across four window manufacturing facilities, driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). Implement Lean and continuous improvement methods, coach plant leadership, manage budgets and KPIs, support capital and automation projects, and partner cross-functionally to improve capacity, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Lead HR operations at a manufacturing plant including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, workforce analysis, HR compliance, reporting, and leadership development. Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition to improve retention, productivity, and plant culture while managing HR programs, investigations, payroll/benefits communication, and monthly facility reporting.
