Leads industrial engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include Lean and Six Sigma implementation, time studies, labor standards, line balancing, capacity planning, process and material-flow optimization, operational metric analysis, dashboards, cost reduction, project management, standard work documentation, and employee training.

Leads tooling design and technical teams supporting extrusion manufacturing across multiple plants. Oversees machinists and technicians, budgets, vendors, schedules, and production coordination. Designs custom extrusion tools using CAD/CAM software, partners with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, and improves reliability, safety, and efficiency through lean manufacturing. Supports capabilities including CNC machining, wire EDM, welding, heat treatment, 3D printing, scanning, and traditional machining.

Pack finished products, prepare and palletize cartons, inspect product quality, document production output, remove scrap, and support machine startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and cleanup. The role requires safe hand-saw use, basic measurements and math, adherence to PPE and 5S standards, and maintaining a clean work area in hot, wet, fast-paced manufacturing conditions. Physical demands include standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
