Lead HR operations at a manufacturing plant including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, workforce analysis, HR compliance, reporting, and leadership development. Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition to improve retention, productivity, and plant culture while managing HR programs, investigations, payroll/benefits communication, and monthly facility reporting.

Lead a team of quality technicians to ensure product conformance, drive SPC and CAPA activities, manage NCRs/MRB, support ISO compliance, coordinate with Production/Maintenance/Engineering, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield.

Lead extrusion operations in a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Manage supervisors and hourly staff, implement Lean/Kaizen improvements, standardize processes, optimize equipment and labor utilization, solve root causes, recruit and develop talent, and partner with union leadership to maintain productive labor relations.
