The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and employees in a distribution environment. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, talent management, performance reviews, succession planning, employee development, employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, compliance, record confidentiality, and engagement initiatives. The role supports organizational effectiveness, resolves workplace concerns, and promotes a positive, inclusive culture.

Leads tooling design and technical teams supporting extrusion manufacturing across multiple plants. Oversees machinists and technicians, budgets, vendors, schedules, and production coordination. Designs custom extrusion tools using CAD/CAM software, partners with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, and improves reliability, safety, and efficiency through lean manufacturing. Supports capabilities including CNC machining, wire EDM, welding, heat treatment, 3D printing, scanning, and traditional machining.
