Package finished products to specification: erect, label, tape, palletize cartons; perform quality checks and measurements; assist operators during changeovers; remove scrap; complete production documentation; maintain 5S and safety/PPE standards; lift up to 50 lbs and work required shifts/overtime.

Drive continuous improvement in production by analyzing processes, performing root cause analysis, implementing process re-engineering, coordinating product launches, tracking KPIs, training operators, and proposing sustainable improvements to quality, cost, safety and delivery across multiple manufacturing sites.

Supervise hourly production teams to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets. Manage staffing, shift meetings, production schedules, KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), documentation, and corrective actions. Partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain while driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S principles.
