Provides advisor relationship support, contributes to process improvements, and assists with private wealth initiatives.

Leads enterprise SRE and observability strategy for Azure-hosted systems, overseeing reliability, monitoring, incident management, performance, resilience, batch processing, automation, and operational readiness. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams to improve availability and customer experience. Builds and manages SRE and observability teams, establishes SLOs and monitoring standards, drives troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and oversees vendors, budgets, and continuous improvement.
