The role requires strong project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and business consulting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Perform manual testing of complex financial calculations across user interfaces and generated reports. Write detailed test cases, validate financial logic and data accuracy, test implementations across countries and banking requirements, document software defects, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues. Requires strong finance, accounting, mathematics, or tax-planning knowledge and experience validating numerical outputs.

Leads advanced financial, estate, tax, retirement, business succession, and asset protection planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and advisors. Directs planning strategy, manages and mentors senior financial planners, develops scalable processes and tools, supports advisor opportunities, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Marketing, leadership, and external stakeholders. Presents complex wealth strategies, oversees written planning reports, and drives innovation in planning technology and client experiences.
