Manages relationships with high-value financial advisor offices using the AssetMark platform. Provides personalized service, proactive training, operational support, issue resolution, and communication regarding platform initiatives and policy changes. Partners with service, operations, new business, and sales teams to improve advisor satisfaction and retention. Monitors trading exceptions, coordinates with custodians, supports process improvements, and occasionally travels to advisor offices.

Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates sales training curriculum across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, and on-demand formats. Collaborates with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and business partners to address learning needs. Creates scalable coaching and enablement resources, manages content and curricula in Absorb, Seismic, and Yoodli, supports training programs, and applies ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation principles.

Leads cross-functional business transformation and technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation and post-production monitoring. Translates business needs into functional, technical, process, and data requirements; partners with Engineering and Data teams; manages dependencies, risks, milestones, testing, and implementation. Defines data quality standards, KPIs, and value-realization measures while improving processes, controls, scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
