Responsibilities include productionizing research prototypes, improving latency and reliability, supporting high-volume inference traffic, developing backend services and SDKs, and collaborating with researchers, applied engineers, customers, and product teams.

Build and scale production inference infrastructure and customer-facing APIs for AssemblyAI’s voice AI models. Partner with researchers and applied engineers to productionize model capabilities, transforming prototypes into reliable, low-latency, well-documented products. Contribute across backend services, SDKs, inference systems, and internal tooling while incorporating customer feedback into product and research direction.

Own AssemblyAI’s go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, enrichment, outbound automation, routing, scoring, and AI agents. Build production automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI workflows for prospecting, research, personalization, and lead scoring. Convert product usage data into actionable sales signals, automate account targeting, maintain clean funnel data, and partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve pipeline and revenue operations.

Serves as the primary legal partner to enterprise sales and owner of the commercial contracting lifecycle. Drafts and negotiates MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and related agreements; advises on privacy, data protection, AI contract issues, intellectual property, model training, and data governance. Balances legal risk with deal velocity, manages high contract volume, and independently drives agreements from initiation through execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the end-to-end visual and interaction design of AssemblyAI’s developer-facing product surfaces, including the Playground and dashboard. Build production interfaces with React and TypeScript, establish UX quality standards, develop the design system, prototype and ship polished experiences, and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales. Use AI tools to accelerate design and development while shaping intuitive AI-native interfaces.

Own the end-to-end design and implementation of AssemblyAI’s developer-facing product interfaces, including the Playground and dashboard. Create polished, high-fidelity experiences, build them in production React and TypeScript, establish interaction and visual quality standards, and steward the design system. Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to turn ideas into shipped products. Use AI-assisted design and development tools, with opportunities to apply motion design, illustration, and API product expertise.

Own the visual and interaction design of AssemblyAI’s core product surfaces, including the Playground and dashboard, and build them in production React and TypeScript. Lead UX quality, prototyping, motion, hierarchy, and design-system development while partnering with engineering, marketing, and sales. Translate ambiguous ideas into polished, shipped experiences and use AI-assisted design and development tools to work efficiently.

Establish UX quality standards, create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, steward the design system, and partner with engineering, marketing, and sales. Lead technical onboarding and integration for customers using AssemblyAI voice AI models. Serve as primary customer contact, evaluate use cases, drive API adoption, run commercial and project meetings, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap. Balance engineering, product, and account responsibilities to ensure long-term customer success.
