The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of FNFAO Family Reunification Homes, ensuring effective service delivery, policy compliance, safety, and organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include employee performance oversight, HR coordination, payroll and leave administration, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, complaint handling, meetings, and strategic planning. The role requires collaboration with management and AMC’s HR department while maintaining confidentiality and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Coordinates and supervises daily programming for a First Nations youth employment and skills-development program. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and orientation, calendar and workshop planning, attendance and case management, portfolio development, stakeholder liaison, nutritional programming, financial tracking, reporting, and support for education, employment, cultural, and wellness activities.

Lead AMC's internal and external communications, supervise communications staff, develop strategy and crisis plans, manage media relations, branding, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to promote the Grand Chief and organizational priorities.
