Supports the Print & Ship department by printing, organizing, packaging, labeling, mailing, scanning, and filing documents. Maintains supply inventory, operates office and shipping equipment, records tracking information, orders mailing supplies, and keeps the workspace clean and organized. Handles sensitive healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, task prioritization, Microsoft Office proficiency, on-site availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The Senior Total Rewards Partner administers benefits, 401(k), leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and compensation programs. Responsibilities include vendor and carrier management, compliance with employment and benefits regulations, HRIS data integrity, open enrollment, compensation planning, market pricing, employee communications, and process improvement. The role partners with People, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors while supporting automation and total rewards technology initiatives.

Coordinates recurring client reporting, deliverables, requests, reconciliations, and operational documentation. Prepares and validates spreadsheets, tracks payer escalations and rebills, supports onboarding and payment reviews, maintains knowledge resources, and partners across Operations, Client Success, and Revenue Cycle teams. The role also identifies workflow improvements, analyzes recurring issues, ensures data accuracy and compliance, and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.

Partner with service line leaders to provide FP&A support: forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, ROI and financial modeling. Build executive presentations, streamline reporting, and support strategic planning and ad hoc analyses to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion.
