Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions. Build APIs, microservices, web applications, and cloud-native systems while participating across the SDLC. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams, use Agile, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing practices, troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and improve system performance through modernization and refactoring.

Designs and operates security controls across AWS and Kubernetes environments. Establishes cloud guardrails, container protections, secure SDLC scanning, policy-as-code, vulnerability management, logging, and incident response processes. Translates HIPAA and HITRUST requirements into measurable, auditable controls and partners with infrastructure, platform, application, SOC, and compliance teams. Develops reusable Terraform policies and automation, supports remediation and investigations, maintains documentation, and independently delivers security engineering initiatives.

Lead design, automation, and scaling of cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure. Improve CI/CD pipelines, reliability, security, and observability. Mentor engineers, participate in incident response, and drive cloud modernization and platform strategy.

Supervises a team of 8–15 denial management employees in a high-volume healthcare revenue cycle environment. Manages real-time workflow distribution, monitors productivity, quality, and cycle-time metrics, resolves bottlenecks, coaches team members, addresses performance gaps, supports complex account resolution, ensures payer and regulatory compliance, maintains audit readiness, and reinforces HIPAA-compliant processes and adoption of new workflows and automation.

Manages a frontline team responsible for analyzing, auditing, and recovering underpayments on No Surprises Act claims. Owns team KPIs, workflow execution, productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, client operational support, coaching, issue escalation, and adoption of new tools and processes. Ensures compliance with payer guidelines, CMS requirements, Open Negotiation, and Independent Dispute Resolution timelines while improving accountability and operational consistency.

Manage and secure company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints, Azure/Intune, AD). Monitor systems, perform backups and recovery, apply patches, troubleshoot incidents, support users, mentor junior staff, evaluate and implement technologies, and maintain documentation and reporting.

Process and coordinate motor vehicle accident claims by setting up new accounts, verifying and entering information, and communicating with patients, attorneys, and insurers. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, solve account issues, work high-volume cases in a team, and support revenue recovery for hospital partners.

Assist the Print & Ship team with printing, packaging, labeling, and shipping documents. Operate copiers/printers/scanners, manage supplies inventory, track shipments, maintain HIPAA-compliant handling and a clean workspace, and perform physical packing tasks up to 50 lbs.

Partner with service line leaders to provide FP&A support: forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, ROI and financial modeling. Build executive presentations, streamline reporting, and support strategic planning and ad hoc analyses to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion.

Lead internal communications and teammate engagement by developing enterprise communications strategy, drafting executive and company-wide messaging, managing the intranet, creating manager toolkits, running recognition and engagement programs, measuring effectiveness, and supporting change and People initiatives to strengthen culture and alignment.

Design and build production Power BI reports and dashboards, partner in discovery with product and users, prototype and iterate with real users, maintain Power BI design standards, track adoption and outcomes, and participate in sprint delivery using Azure DevOps.
