Processes motor vehicle accident claim accounts, verifies information, enters account data, and communicates with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers. The role supports hospital revenue recovery through accurate, timely claims coordination while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, ethical standards, and high-volume productivity.

Reviews denied hospital claims, researches denial causes, drafts and submits payer appeals, follows up on claim status, and resolves billing issues to maximize reimbursement. The role investigates benefits, eligibility, contractual terms, and claim data; documents actions and outcomes; communicates with payers, hospitals, patients, and internal teams; and supports denial reduction, revenue integrity, compliance, and process improvement while handling protected health information.

Follows up with insurance carriers on claim and appeal statuses, checks payer portals and client systems, troubleshoots claim submission errors, documents account activity accurately, and supports appeals specialists and special client projects. The role requires healthcare industry knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and compliance with HIPAA and related regulations. It is an indefinite, US-based remote contract position.

Coordinates recurring client reporting, deliverables, requests, reconciliations, and operational documentation. Prepares and validates spreadsheets, tracks payer escalations and rebills, supports onboarding and payment reviews, maintains knowledge resources, and partners across Operations, Client Success, and Revenue Cycle teams. The role also identifies workflow improvements, analyzes recurring issues, ensures data accuracy and compliance, and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.

Analyze hospital contracts, claims, denials, payer regulations, and reimbursement data to identify underpayments and revenue recovery opportunities. Validate payment variances, research denial root causes, prioritize and route claims, document findings, support appeals, and communicate trends to clients and internal teams. The role requires compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements while meeting productivity and quality goals in a fully remote environment.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions. Build APIs, microservices, web applications, and cloud-native systems while participating across the SDLC. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams, use Agile, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing practices, troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and improve system performance through modernization and refactoring.

Manage and secure company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints, Azure/Intune, AD). Monitor systems, perform backups and recovery, apply patches, troubleshoot incidents, support users, mentor junior staff, evaluate and implement technologies, and maintain documentation and reporting.

Partner with service line leaders to provide FP&A support: forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, ROI and financial modeling. Build executive presentations, streamline reporting, and support strategic planning and ad hoc analyses to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion.
