Maintain HIPAA compliance and report on KPIs while proactively identifying process improvements and strategic recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

Analyze denied hospital claims, draft and submit persuasive appeals, research payer guidelines and benefits, follow up with carriers, access EMRs and payer portals for documentation, and document outcomes to maximize reimbursement and reduce AR aging.
