The role partners with People, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors while supporting automation and total rewards technology initiatives.

Processes motor vehicle accident claim accounts, verifies information, enters account data, and communicates with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers. The role supports hospital revenue recovery through accurate, timely claims coordination while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, ethical standards, and high-volume productivity.
