Lead business process transformation across healthcare revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities include workflow mapping, process redesign, Lean Six Sigma improvement, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, UAT support, KPI and SLA development, ROI tracking, documentation, and adoption of technology and process enhancements.

The People Partner advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, retention, compliance, and change management. This role coaches leaders, analyzes workforce data, supports talent and succession planning, develops HR resources and training materials, and contributes to people strategy and process improvements while safeguarding confidential information and promoting an inclusive culture.

Supervise a team of 8–15 denial-management employees in a high-volume revenue-cycle environment. Manage real-time work distribution, monitor workflow progress, address bottlenecks, coach staff, track productivity and quality metrics, enforce payer and regulatory requirements, maintain audit readiness and HIPAA compliance, resolve escalated accounts, support training, and promote adoption of new workflows and automation.
