Lead end-to-end large, complex SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations focusing on payroll. Manage timelines, budgets, scope, vendors, and cross‑functional teams; ensure quality deliverables, stakeholder communication, and on-site customer engagement as needed.

Lead design and delivery of U.S. SAP ECP payroll solutions: gather requirements, configure payroll schemas/PCRs, ensure tax and benefits compliance, design integrations, document configurations, and provide training and mentorship across multiple client projects.

Lead Employee Central implementations: gather requirements, run design workshops, configure systems, ensure integrations, document processes, provide testing, training, and knowledge transfer, and apply SAP SuccessFactors HCM best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support SAP ABAP RICEF (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms) for global SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects. Run customer workshops, build integrations, create technical design documents, and support interfaces including third-party tool integrations.

Provide hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll consulting: gather requirements, design/configure payroll solutions, run workshops, document processes, integrate modules, test, train users, and support client migrations and knowledge transfer. Travel up to 25%.

Lead full-cycle accounting for a professional services firm: month-end close, ASC 606 and Percentage-of-Completion revenue recognition, project-based invoicing, AR/AP and cash management, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, process improvement, and partner with Controller and leadership to drive financial clarity and scaling.

Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data replication and migrations. Build and maintain CPI integrations, BIB/PTP replication, perform data mapping, transformation, validation, cutover and post-go-live support, and provide documentation and client training to ensure accurate HCM and payroll data flows across SAP landscapes.
