Provides professional nursing care in a medical-surgical unit, coordinates care planning with other disciplines, and oversees quality patient care delivery. This is a full-time night-shift position requiring work every third weekend and holiday. The nurse must maintain Michigan licensure, obtain BLS/ACLS within six months if needed, and complete DIMS or CAMMP within one year of hire.

Handles timely and accurate patient account billing, prepares UB-04 and CMS-1500 claims, researches unpaid or incorrect claims, submits insurance appeals, follows up on accounts, responds to patient inquiries, and processes payments and adjustments using medical billing and coding systems.

Performs radiographic, CT, and other diagnostic imaging procedures to support physicians in diagnosing diseases and injuries. Works within the Diagnostic Imaging department while providing quality patient service. Requires an associate degree or equivalent, radiology technologist registration, BLS certification, and six months to one year of related experience or training. CT experience is preferred.

Provides nutritional care across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and skilled nursing settings. Screens and assesses patients, develops individualized nutrition recommendations and interventions, monitors progress, completes follow-up evaluations, and delivers nutrition education to patients, staff, and community members. Requires travel between Aspire Rural Health System facilities using a personal vehicle.

Performs radiographic diagnostic imaging procedures to help physicians diagnose diseases and injuries. The role is full-time, daytime, and based in Millington, Michigan, with no holiday shifts and full benefits. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent, six months to one year of related experience or training, registration as a radiology technologist, and BLS certification.

Manages insurance verification, prior authorizations, and referrals for primary care and specialty physician offices. Coordinates with providers, clinical staff, scheduling teams, insurers, patients, and external healthcare organizations to support timely access to services. Maintains accurate documentation, handles multiple priorities, and applies knowledge of medical terminology, insurance requirements, electronic medical records, and payer portals.

Produces, edits, publishes, and evaluates video, photo, podcast, social media, and digital media content supporting healthcare marketing, communications, and community engagement. Serves as the organization’s primary multimedia resource and collaborates with the Marketing Director and internal teams on multimedia projects.

Provides emergency medical care in pre-hospital settings, including assessing and treating patients, following medical protocols, communicating with patients and care teams, documenting care accurately, and maintaining required certifications and competencies. The role operates in varied, high-pressure environments and requires timely, compassionate service.

Coordinates outpatient appointment schedules, pre-admission paperwork, and patient pre-registration. Verifies insurance coverage, calculates payer reimbursement and patient financial responsibility, educates patients about coverage, and collects payments. Supports efficient patient flow and customer service while managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Provides housekeeping and janitorial services in a hospital environment, including floor maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security support. Follows applicable federal, state, and local requirements while maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients and employees. Afternoon and variable weekend availability is required. On-the-job training is provided.

Requires current Michigan-certified nursing assistant competency, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with geriatric patients. One year of CNA experience is preferred. This is a casual position located in Cass City, Michigan.
