Organize, operate, and supervise pharmacy logistics and assigned areas. Supervise pharmacy technicians, promote cooperation and individual performance, reinforce responsibilities, and prevent unauthorized expansion of technician duties while supporting high-quality patient care.

Provides professional nursing care in the ER and Med Surg department, coordinates care planning with other disciplines, and oversees quality patient care delivery. This is a full-time day-shift role requiring every third weekend and holiday coverage. The nurse must maintain Michigan licensure, obtain or hold BLS and ACLS certification, complete DIMS or CAMMP training within one year, and demonstrate teamwork, problem-solving, and positive patient engagement.

Supports healthcare quality and performance improvement through chart reviews, audits, data analysis, process assessments, and performance indicator evaluation. Identifies trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, then collaborates with organizational leaders and staff to implement and monitor action plans. Also supports patient experience initiatives focused on satisfaction, engagement, communication, and the overall patient journey.
