Provide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization unit, monitor and document medication administration and physical health, coordinate acute medical needs, facilitate health and recovery-focused groups, support development of WRAP and safety plans, and complete clinical documentation and required trainings.

Provide outpatient individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Manage a diverse caseload, deliver evidence-based treatments (e.g., DBT, CBT), document care in electronic health records, attend monthly trainings, and coordinate care for adults, children, and families.

Provide outpatient, client-centered behavioral health care using evidence-based practices in-person and via telehealth; collaborate with care teams, engage families, perform risk assessments, deliver therapy and case management, and coordinate services to improve access and continuity of care.

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults during pregnancy and postpartum for perinatal and reproductive mental health concerns. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, attachment-based, trauma-informed), collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, maintain documentation, participate in team meetings and professional development.

Serve as executive People leader driving strategy and operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, learning and development, organizational design, compliance, HR systems, and workforce analytics.
