Lead financial strategy, long-range planning, capital budgeting, month- and year-end close, auditing, and programmatic financial analysis. Oversee finance and billing departments, vendor management, forecasting, and cross-functional financial partnerships. Drive financial resilience, compliance with GAAP and non-profit tax laws, and provide executive-level leadership as part of the senior management team.

Provides community-based psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families experiencing acute crises or risk of harm. Conducts crisis assessments, evaluates and stabilizes clients, coordinates referrals to appropriate care levels, and provides follow-up services for continuity of care. Maintains clinical documentation in electronic health records and receives supervision from independently licensed clinicians.

Provide direct nursing care in a 24-hour crisis stabilization unit for adults in behavioral health crisis: monitor and document medication administration, assess physical health, coordinate acute care, facilitate health and recovery groups, deliver solution-focused nursing interventions and WRAPs, complete clinical documentation, and participate in trainings.
