Provide outpatient individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Manage a diverse caseload, deliver evidence-based treatments (e.g., DBT, CBT), document care in electronic health records, attend monthly trainings, and coordinate care for adults, children, and families.

Provide peer-led, evening support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a home-like group setting. Facilitate recovery-focused activities, build supportive relationships, advocate for peers, and connect clients to additional mental health resources. Part-time, evening and weekend schedule.

Provide telephone and face-to-face crisis triage, assessment, short-term stabilization counseling, and disposition planning for adults, children, and families. Gather psychosocial history, perform risk assessments, coordinate referrals and community resources, consult with clinicians and agencies, and deliver short-term individual or family therapy as needed. Travel to community locations and document clinical findings; receive weekly clinical supervision.
