Manage a caseload of children and families in the child welfare system through regular home visits, assessments, Family Service Plans, coordination with DHS and providers, court participation, crisis intervention, documentation in ECMS, and on-call emergency coverage to support permanency and child safety.

Supervise Attendance Case Managers to reduce chronic absenteeism by providing family-centered case management. Oversee staff supervision, training, hiring, audits, referrals, documentation and OCF database entry, and coordinate home/school visits and community referrals.

Oversees daily operations of a CUA case management unit, supervises Case Manager Supervisors, assigns and reviews cases, ensures compliance with DHS standards, provides training and performance evaluation, conducts case reviews and court appearances, and supports staff development and family-centered services.

Provide case support under CUA Case Managers: conduct home, school, and community visits; supervise and transport children for appointments and visits; document activities in ECMS; attend meetings and court as needed; perform clerical tasks; provide on-call emergency coverage and homemaker training to support family safety and permanency.

Supervise a team of case managers, a case aide, and an outcome specialist to ensure safe permanency and wellbeing for children and families. Assign and review cases, provide training and performance evaluations, participate in court and family team conferences, complete required documentation, provide on-call emergency coverage, and support reunification and case closure processes.

Coordinate Strengthening Families initiatives by building community partnerships, facilitating Parent Cafes and workshops, conducting outreach and follow-up, training parent hosts, documenting activities, and supporting case management and prevention teams to improve child safety, permanency, and family well-being within the CUA service area.

Provide case management and outreach to children, adolescents, and families referred by the community school. Connect families to emergency resources and entitlement programs, conduct home visits, host family forums, coordinate with school staff and advisory committees, document services and referrals, participate in case and school conferences, and follow mandated reporter and child abuse reporting procedures.

Support Behavioral Health Clinics QA by implementing standards, maintaining credentialing files, reconciling program data, conducting audits and client surveys, compiling performance statistics, assisting with licensing audits, and maintaining QA records.

Provide health-focused case support for children and families: coordinate medical, dental, and behavioral appointments; transport clients when needed; liaise with DHS medical units; conduct home visits to promote child safety, development, and parent-child relationships; document activities and support CUA case management goals.

Collect, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Support Quality Assurance and improvement plans, perform ad hoc queries, assist data acquisition and ETL, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
