Provide case support under CUA Case Managers: conduct home, school, and community visits; supervise and transport children for appointments and visits; document activities in ECMS; attend meetings and court as needed; perform clerical tasks; provide on-call emergency coverage and homemaker training to support family safety and permanency.

Administer, configure, and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment; support end users; design solutions with business partners; manage customizations, workflows, roles, integrations, documentation, and liaise with consultants and NetSuite ACS.

Provide case management and outreach to children, adolescents, and families referred by the community school. Connect families to emergency resources and entitlement programs, conduct home visits, host family forums, coordinate with school staff and advisory committees, document services and referrals, participate in case and school conferences, and follow mandated reporter and child abuse reporting procedures.
