Ensures child, youth, and family services comply with Pennsylvania law, state regulations, DHS guidelines, contracts, and internal standards. Conducts interviews, reviews case and personnel records, investigates service concerns, identifies corrective actions, develops policies, coordinates audit data, and maintains compliance documentation. Produces narrative reports and advises leadership on regulatory updates and program quality findings.

Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, networks, security tools, applications, endpoints, backups, and data-center infrastructure. Troubleshoot systems, investigate event logs, monitor performance and hardware health, support help-desk activities, conduct system audits, and assist with server implementation and cloud integration projects. The role also supports IT initiatives, infrastructure security, and technology strategy.

The Strengthening Families Coordinator builds partnerships with child welfare and community providers, facilitates Parent Cafes and support groups, conducts orientations and workshops, engages families in events, supports outreach and community mapping, trains parent facilitators, follows up with participants, and documents activities. The role promotes family resilience, access to resources, parental knowledge, and social-emotional well-being within the CUA service area.
