Manage a caseload of children and families in the child welfare system through regular home visits, assessments, Family Service Plans, coordination with DHS and providers, court participation, crisis intervention, documentation in ECMS, and on-call emergency coverage to support permanency and child safety.

Supervise Attendance Case Managers to reduce chronic absenteeism by providing family-centered case management. Oversee staff supervision, training, hiring, audits, referrals, documentation and OCF database entry, and coordinate home/school visits and community referrals.

Oversees daily operations of a CUA case management unit, supervises Case Manager Supervisors, assigns and reviews cases, ensures compliance with DHS standards, provides training and performance evaluation, conducts case reviews and court appearances, and supports staff development and family-centered services.
