Drive territory development and close B2B software sales. Prospect, demo software online or onsite, prepare RFP/RFI and proposal documentation, liaise between clients and internal teams, and manage complex sales cycles while meeting quota.

Produce clear, high-quality software documentation including UI text, online help, developer guides and tutorials. Collaborate with developers, QA, product and usability teams, maintain information architecture, and optimize content reuse and single-sourcing.

Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support for HR software, reproduce and diagnose client issues, deploy updates, test fixes with development, manage bug tracking, use JitBit help desk, run SQL queries, and communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, test, maintain and re-architect web and mobile applications using .NET/C#. Build and maintain SQL Server databases and BI components, support production, ensure security, document architecture, lead technical decisions, and mentor team members.

Create interactive eLearning modules (video, animations, screen text) that meet accessibility standards, ensure consistent branding, edit multimedia, develop storyboards, and collaborate with training and client support teams to deliver high-quality instructional content.

Drive territory development and new business for human capital/ERP software. Prospect, demo software on-site, prepare proposals and contracts, liaise with technical and management teams, meet quota, and manage pre/post-sales documentation. Provide bilingual responses when needed.
