Lead group-wide finance transformation projects, streamline accounting and payment processes, ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT and AML laws, oversee pre-audit reviews and payment controls, manage finance system governance and migrations, and drive policy, controls and KPI reporting across business units.

Build and maintain long-term client and investor relationships, advise on property options and investments, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, conduct viewings and negotiations, maintain client and listing databases, collaborate with marketing, monitor market trends, ensure legal compliance, and meet sales targets.

Support accounting department with ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, month/year-end close, audit support, and financial reporting under supervision.

Support the sales team by qualifying leads, performing outreach, maintaining CRM, preparing proposals, coordinating demos with product teams, tracking sales activities, and providing administrative support to help close deals.

Manage all domestic and international travel for a private Emirati family: book flights (including private aviation), hotels, ground transport; prepare itineraries; coordinate visas and documentation; arrange VIP airport services; handle last-minute changes; liaise with household staff and vendors; monitor budgets and negotiate preferential rates. Must be discreet and available outside regular hours.

Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, act as primary client contact, drive occupancy and revenue, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure RERA and UAE law compliance, prepare performance reports, resolve escalations, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage daily operations of a private Emirati residence: recruit, train and supervise domestic staff; coordinate maintenance, vendors, budgets, inventories, events and travel logistics; enforce privacy, security and household standards; handle emergencies and maintain confidential records.

Manage end-to-end Dubai property conveyancing for secondary market transactions: draft and review documents, coordinate stakeholders, verify title deeds and NOCs, ensure DLD compliance, handle escrow/mortgage matters, track timelines, update CRM, and resolve transaction disputes.
