Plans and executes property marketing campaigns across social media, email, portals, and digital advertising. Manages content calendars, copywriting, listings, creative production, branding, lead tracking, performance reporting, competitor research, budgets, suppliers, and campaign approvals. Collaborates with sales teams to promote listings, support viewings, and improve lead quality.

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile products, from research and user journeys through prototypes, design systems, and implementation support. Establish design direction, conduct usability testing, advocate for accessibility, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor designers. Manage priorities and deliverables across multiple projects while balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timelines.

Coordinates software project delivery by converting requirements into epics, stories, and tasks; assigning work; maintaining Agile boards, backlogs, sprints, priorities, and dependencies; tracking progress and blockers; preparing sprint and risk reports; and supporting Scrum ceremonies. Serves as the coordination link among project managers, developers, QA, design teams, and product owners.
