Coordinates software project delivery by converting requirements into epics, stories, and tasks; assigning work; maintaining Agile boards, backlogs, sprints, priorities, and dependencies; tracking progress and blockers; preparing sprint and risk reports; and supporting Scrum ceremonies. Serves as the coordination link among project managers, developers, QA, design teams, and product owners.

Oversee daily office administration and facilities operations for Dubai offices. Manage supplies, vendor contracts, procurement, petty cash, invoices, reception, travel arrangements, document management, meeting rooms, internal events, and staff engagement. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Project and Development Management, and Property Management teams while maintaining office compliance and a professional working environment.

Lead group-wide finance transformation projects, streamline accounting and payment processes, ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT and AML laws, oversee pre-audit reviews and payment controls, manage finance system governance and migrations, and drive policy, controls and KPI reporting across business units.
