Support day-to-day hospital accounting including statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, PT), vendor ledger reconciliation, payroll processing, banking and petty cash, and managing e-invoices. Work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely financial operations.

Drive international patient referrals and partnerships by building relationships with hospitals, doctors, and medical tourism firms. Develop business ties, coordinate patient stays and support, organize outreach events, collect feedback, and travel internationally to expand the hospitals global patient services.

Lead corporate sales efforts targeting private and PSU corporations, insurance and TPAs. Build C-suite relationships, negotiate tie-ups, develop sales strategies, coordinate referrals with internal teams, monitor market trends, and report on sales metrics and progress.
