Interim senior accounting leader overseeing a 15–20-person team, reviewing financial reporting, evaluating processes across multiple NetSuite entities, identifying accounting gaps, and supporting executive leadership. The role requires strong GAAP expertise, hands-on involvement, and experience leading accounting at companies with $200–500 million in revenue. It is an on-site Denver contract engagement supporting the company until a permanent VP of Accounting or Controller is hired.

Provide part-time CFO leadership to high-growth companies: advise CEOs, lead fundraising and M&A, build financial models, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards, oversee accounting, controls, audit/tax readiness, and present financial strategy to boards and stakeholders.
