The Staff Accountant manages cash application, accounts payable, vendor and customer setup, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll entries, inventory accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and month-end close activities. The role supports cash management reviews, banking and ERP integrations, variance analysis, chart of accounts maintenance, annual audits, and fiscal-year rollovers while working with executive leadership in a hybrid environment.

Supports daily accounting operations, including cash application, accounts payable, vendor and customer setup, reconciliations, journal entries, inventory accounting, fixed assets, accruals, payroll entries, and month-end close. The Staff Accountant also assists with banking and ERP transitions, cash management reviews, variance analysis, audit requests, and chart of accounts maintenance while working with executive leadership in a hybrid environment.

Provide part-time CFO leadership to high-growth companies: advise CEOs, lead fundraising and M&A, build financial models, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards, oversee accounting, controls, audit/tax readiness, and present financial strategy to boards and stakeholders.
