The role requires strong GAAP expertise, hands-on involvement, and experience leading accounting at companies with $200–500 million in revenue. It is an on-site Denver contract engagement supporting the company until a permanent VP of Accounting or Controller is hired.

Part-time interim accounting professional supporting a public company during maternity leave coverage. Responsibilities include reviewing and tying out 10-Q filings in DFIN ActiveDisclosure, XBRL tagging, month-end reconciliations, technical accounting memos, consultant-prepared analyses, and reporting timelines. Requires public company SEC reporting experience, NetSuite expertise, independent judgment, and minimal ramp-up. Engagement runs November through mid-February with approximately 20–30 hours per week.
