Provides comprehensive nursing care to hospital patients, including medication administration, outpatient clinic support, emergency response, surgical assistance, clinical recordkeeping, and health promotion. The role requires adherence to nursing legislation, NMC standards, evidence-based practice, confidentiality, patient dignity, multidisciplinary teamwork, continuing professional development, and flexible rota-based shifts including nights and weekends.

Supports the Human Resources function through recruitment administration, employee relations casework, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, HR records, appraisal and probation tracking, onboarding, safeguarding compliance, payroll documentation, and staff enquiries. The role provides first-line guidance to managers and employees, prepares reports and correspondence, maintains confidentiality, and acts as an Investigating Officer when required.
