Lead mechanical design, analysis, and validation of spacecraft structures, mechanisms, and thermal hardware. Perform FEA and tolerance analysis, develop CAD models and drawings, support prototyping, integration, and environmental testing (vibration, thermal, deployment), participate in design reviews, and mitigate technical risks through hands-on builds and test data collection.

Design, build, and integrate test fixtures, tooling, and support hardware for spacecraft structures and mechanisms. Plan and support functional, environmental, and qualification tests (thermal, vibration, shock, deployment, pressure). Lead test readiness, schedules, safe operations, and develop infrastructure and roadmaps to execute spacecraft qualification.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and other technical roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and build candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define roles and hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support People Ops tasks including onboarding/offboarding, HR systems updates, and process improvements for a fast-growing seed-stage startup.
