Design, build, and integrate test fixtures, tooling, and support hardware for spacecraft structures and mechanisms. Plan and support functional, environmental, and qualification tests (thermal, vibration, shock, deployment, pressure). Lead test readiness, schedules, safe operations, and develop infrastructure and roadmaps to execute spacecraft qualification.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and other technical roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and build candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define roles and hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support People Ops tasks including onboarding/offboarding, HR systems updates, and process improvements for a fast-growing seed-stage startup.

Lead prototyping, machining, and fabrication of spacecraft assemblies; support manufacturing and assembly of flight hardware; design tooling and production plans; apply mechanical, composite, and electromechanical skills to iterate, troubleshoot, and deliver precise hardware on schedule.
