Drive new business and manage accounts using the Salesforce platform. Meet sales quotas, forecast pipeline, deliver executive presentations, develop Statements of Work with sales engineering, conduct account reviews, expand account relationships, oversee project delivery, and cultivate Salesforce channel partnerships.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned managed clients, coordinate operations and escalations, ensure service delivery quality and contract alignment, drive retention and renewals, maintain account plans and technology roadmaps, recommend upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, report KPIs, and lead executive-level client communications.

Lead medium-to-large IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. Develop and maintain plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, serve as Scrum Master/Agile coach, and communicate status to stakeholders. Support PMO process improvement, onboarding/mentoring, and ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and client expectations.

Lead technical execution for an Azure-based modernization program, translating architecture into engineering deliverables. Drive refactoring of legacy monoliths to .NET 6-8, API-first Azure-native solutions, enforce development and DevOps best practices, mentor engineers, improve data access patterns (EF Core/SQL Server), implement CI/CD, observability, resiliency, and disaster recovery, and manage technical risks and backlog items.
