Designs and leads secure, end-to-end Azure IoT architectures for connected products and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities span device, edge, industrial, cloud, data, and operational systems; product cybersecurity; threat modeling; Zero Trust; identity and certificate management; compliance readiness under the EU Cyber Resilience Act; SBOM and vulnerability processes; secure Azure landing zones; Infrastructure as Code; DevSecOps; and Agile delivery leadership. The role mentors technical teams and advises engineering, product, manufacturing, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Lead medium-to-large IT projects end-to-end using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. Develop plans, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, serve as Scrum Master/Agile coach, coordinate stakeholders, track metrics, and support PMO continuous improvement and mentoring. Ensure alignment with client expectations and governance throughout project delivery.

Lead acquisition sourcing and early-stage deal execution: build a proprietary target pipeline, run outbound business development, perform financial modeling and diligence, coordinate due diligence, recommend deals, and ensure clean handoffs to integration for Day 1 readiness.
