Oversees infrastructure availability, security, incidents, changes, vulnerabilities, service levels, vendors, budgets, roadmaps, migrations, and resilience initiatives. Acts as an escalation point and contributes hands-on to senior systems engineering, major incident response, production changes, and continuous improvement.
