Drive new business and manage accounts using the Salesforce platform. Meet sales quotas, forecast pipeline, deliver executive presentations, develop Statements of Work with sales engineering, conduct account reviews, expand account relationships, oversee project delivery, and cultivate Salesforce channel partnerships.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned managed clients, coordinate operations and escalations, ensure service delivery quality and contract alignment, drive retention and renewals, maintain account plans and technology roadmaps, recommend upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, report KPIs, and lead executive-level client communications.

Provide escalated NOC support and operational maintenance for client environments; lead infrastructure projects and upgrades; manage Windows servers and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V); administer Azure/AWS environments; troubleshoot HA/DR, networking, certificates, and resource utilization; participate in on-call rotation and perform off-hours changes.
