The Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for establishing reliability engineering principles, troubleshooting equipment, conducting analyses, and providing technical support to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance operations.

Partner with site leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Lead and develop the site HR team, conduct employee relations, investigations, and implement workforce stabilization strategies.

Operate and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment on 12-hour rotating shifts; follow safety and ESSH procedures; coordinate with supervisors and maintenance; use control and business systems (Excel, SAP, IP21, Provox, DeltaV); drive yields, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement (5S, A2E, RCA).

Lead deployment of process safety programs on-site, ensuring identification and mitigation of process safety scenarios, compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP, coordinating PHA/LOPA facilitation and training, developing site competency and metrics, and partnering with operations and corporate process safety to reduce site risk.
