The role is primarily remote in the Greater Houston area and requires approximately 20–30% travel.

Supports the Engineered Plastics business through financial reporting, revenue and profitability analysis, pricing insights, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Partners with commercial and operational teams to validate assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, improve reporting processes, and translate business data into actionable financial insights. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Maintains raw-material data integrity in SAP, reviews production consumption ratios, investigates inventory and transaction anomalies, and corrects ERP records. Coordinates goods receipts, stock in transit, consumption, inventory counts, and BOM updates with plant, operations, and logistics personnel. Produces monthly consumption reports, supports process improvements, and works onsite throughout the manufacturing plant while following safety requirements.

Supports corporate accounting operations through cash and accounts receivable reporting, account clearing, accruals, prepaid accounting, debt roll-forwards, interest accruals, FX revaluation in SAP, journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, monthly close activities, audit support, and ad hoc GL coding. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

Lead enterprise internal communications: develop strategy, editorial calendars, and storytelling across manufacturing, corporate, and technical functions. Create written, visual, and multimedia content; translate complex technical topics for employees; support leadership messaging, change communications, and engagement measurement. Build stakeholder relationships, manage multiple projects, and continuously improve communication processes and channel effectiveness.

The Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for establishing reliability engineering principles, troubleshooting equipment, conducting analyses, and providing technical support to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance operations.

The Principal Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, cost modeling, and project support to drive business improvements and financial performance. They ensure accuracy in cost reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions based on financial data.

Provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents: manage complex calendars, travel, executive and board meetings, prepare presentations and reports, handle expenses and SAP procurement, maintain confidential records, and support the administrative team.

Serve as strategic HR leader for a large manufacturing site (~400 employees, 200 contractors). Partner with site leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Lead and develop the site HR team, conduct employee relations, investigations, and implement workforce stabilization strategies.

Develops detailed maintenance work packages (corrective, preventive, predictive, turnaround), maintains SAP CMMS data and BOMs, coordinates materials and contractors, supports reliability and RCFA efforts, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Operate and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment on 12-hour rotating shifts; follow safety and ESSH procedures; coordinate with supervisors and maintenance; use control and business systems (Excel, SAP, IP21, Provox, DeltaV); drive yields, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement (5S, A2E, RCA).

Lead deployment of process safety programs on-site, ensuring identification and mitigation of process safety scenarios, compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP, coordinating PHA/LOPA facilitation and training, developing site competency and metrics, and partnering with operations and corporate process safety to reduce site risk.
