Plans and schedules electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, overhauls, projects, spare parts, work priorities, contractor documentation, and backlog management. Maintains equipment records in SAP, supports continuous improvement, ensures OEM compliance, and enforces environmental, health, and safety requirements in a heavy industrial environment.

Leads mine dewatering, groundwater and surface water management, hydrogeological monitoring, modeling, and predictive analyses. Designs and commissions wells, pumping systems, drains, piezometers, and monitoring infrastructure; manages consultants and contractors; prepares budgets, technical reports, regulatory documentation, and permitting support. Advises mining, geotechnical, environmental, operations, and processing teams while mentoring junior staff.

Supervise and support the milling workforce to achieve production targets, monitor and optimize concentrator processes, inspect equipment and initiate repairs or preventive maintenance, administer safety and regulatory compliance programs, manage labor contract issues, and provide scheduling, timekeeping, maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse input.

Plan and schedule Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance: create detailed job plans, overhauls, preventative maintenance schedules, spare parts lists, use SAP/MS Office, manage equipment records, coordinate contractors, and enforce EHS policies.

Maintain, optimize, and secure servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services. Monitor performance, apply patches, run security audits, implement disaster recovery and backups, provide second-level support, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep detailed infrastructure documentation.

Supervises autonomous mine control room operations across shifts, managing crew levels, resource allocation, haul fleet efficiency, safety compliance, KPIs, shift handovers, reporting, training, and incident investigations. The role coordinates with site stakeholders, maintains operational procedures and data integrity, supports emergency response, and promotes a strong zero-harm safety culture.

Supports the transition of projects from construction and design into operations by coordinating readiness plans, milestones, documentation, training, testing, commissioning, and validation. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, and construction teams, tracks performance metrics, identifies risks and process improvements, supports safety and environmental compliance, and assists with incident investigations and corrective actions. Requires site visits and adaptability to challenging industrial environments.

Provides HR leadership and day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on talent management, employee and labor relations, investigations, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, training, policy interpretation, and employment-law compliance. Partners with local unions, responds to EEOC and DOL claims, supports HRIS updates and recruiting, conducts exit interviews, and advises management on labor agreements and workplace issues.

Lead daily operations and maintenance of tailings pump stations and deposition systems, ensure regulatory and environmental compliance, manage teams, implement preventative maintenance, support TSF lifts and capital planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and respond to operational incidents.

Lead corporate accounting, reporting, consolidations, and internal controls across multi-site mining operations. Oversee monthly/annual closes, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cost analysis, and SAP-based reporting. Manage site controllers, tax and accounting teams, drive process improvements, and support executive decision-making with operational financial insights.

Supervise and direct electrical and instrumentation maintenance staff for mining and milling operations. Prioritize and implement scheduled/unplanned maintenance, promote safety compliance, troubleshoot and repair electrical and PLC control systems, oversee projects and contractors, manage preventive maintenance, and assist with department budgeting and training of junior electricians.

Build financial models and business cases (DCF, NPV, IRR) to support capital and operating decisions; run sensitivity and scenario analysis; partner with operations and senior leadership; source and validate data from systems (including SAP); translate analysis into executive recommendations; support strategic planning, capital prioritization, and carry projects from framing to decision.

Lead the concentrator team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient mill operations. Manage production and maintenance priorities, budgeting, staffing, training, union relations and Collective Bargaining Agreement issues. Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot process issues, support capital planning and project execution, enforce EHS and MSHA requirements, and prepare production reports.

Lead concentrator operations to maintain safety, environmental compliance, and production efficiency. Oversee milling and flotation circuits, coordinate maintenance and budgets, manage staff development, union relations, and training, troubleshoot plant performance, and support capital projects and reporting.

Supervise mill operations staff to safely achieve production goals. Oversee milling processes (crushing, grinding, flotation, filtering, tailings), coordinate with mine operations, inspect equipment, enforce safety and environmental programs, manage labor relations, scheduling, timekeeping, and production reporting.

Operate and manage MineStar/AHS autonomous haulage fleet from the on-site control room to execute and optimize the mine production plan. Assign and monitor autonomous trucks, ensure data integrity for shift handovers, validate reports, detect and report system failures, and make operational decisions to preserve safety and fleet performance. Participate in safety programs, training, special projects, and work shift-based schedules.
