Supervise and direct electrical and instrumentation maintenance staff at a mining/milling plant. Prioritize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and PLC controls, oversee projects and contractors, enforce safety and environmental compliance, train junior electricians, and help manage department budgets and materials.

Build financial models and business cases (DCF, NPV, IRR) to support capital and operating decisions; run sensitivity and scenario analysis; partner with operations and senior leadership; source and validate data from systems (including SAP); translate analysis into executive recommendations; support strategic planning, capital prioritization, and carry projects from framing to decision.

Lead concentrator (crushing, milling, flotation, thickeners, tailings) operations ensuring safety, environmental compliance, productivity, maintenance coordination, budgeting, staff development, union/CBA management, and continuous improvement.
