Plan audits, manage outsourced specialists, identify control gaps, report findings to senior leadership and the Supervisory Board, and monitor remediation while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient controls.

Lead the people side of an engineering pillar, managing 20–30 engineers across backend, frontend, QA and test automation. Own hiring, performance, career development, capacity allocation, onboarding and difficult conversations. Provide the CTO structured visibility into pillar health, hiring pipeline and risks, participate in architecture reviews as a stakeholder, and work with a peer to define cross-pillar practices and ways of working in a regulated, customer-focused environment.

Lead Power BI architecture and enablement, designing semantic models, optimizing data loading and report performance, and defining development standards.
