Conduct Customer Due Diligence reviews for legal-entity customers across Europe and other jurisdictions. Advise internal stakeholders on AML/CTF requirements, support compliance process development, and help maintain a strong financial crime prevention culture.

Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk individual and corporate investors across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare evidence-based case narratives, make risk-based decisions, communicate with investors and stakeholders, maintain EDD procedures, monitor AML/CTF regulations, and contribute to AI-supported compliance process improvements.

Design end-to-end product experiences for investors across onboarding, investing, portfolio reporting, and related web and mobile workflows. Responsibilities include problem framing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, visual and interaction design, data-informed iteration, design-system documentation, and collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and analysts from discovery through launch.

Own a product area across onboarding, investing, reporting, or portfolio workflows for web and mobile. Lead and execute the annual internal audit program across finance, operations, compliance, and technology. Plan audits, manage outsourced specialists, identify control gaps, report findings to senior leadership and the Supervisory Board, and monitor remediation while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient controls.

Lead Power BI architecture and enablement, designing semantic models, optimizing data loading and report performance, and defining development standards. Build enterprise-grade semantic models, DAX measures, row-level security, and polished reports. Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed analytics, review and improve report performance, and support users.
