Build and operate Java backend services powering investor workflows: implement event-driven integrations, ensure reliable message processing, design hexagonal services, write automated tests, contribute RFCs and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production features and monitoring.

Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for natural and legal persons, assess source of funds/wealth, analyze ownership structures and adverse media across jurisdictions, make documented risk-based decisions, communicate with investors and stakeholders, maintain EDD procedures and quality standards, and stay current on AML/CTF regulations and typologies.

Provide transactional legal support for cross-border partnerships, perform legal due diligence, draft and negotiate LMA-style contracts and prospectus sections for asset-backed issuances, advise on deal structuring, manage external counsel, create and update contract templates, and address ad hoc legal matters related to partner cooperation.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launches for Mintos investment products. Conduct customer research and market analysis, work with Product, Brand, Compliance and Marketing to craft regulator-friendly messaging, and run cross-functional launch workstreams to influence roadmap and drive business impact.

Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth European clients: identify and onboard new HNW investors, present Mintos offerings, maintain CRM, guide clients through verification and onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

Design and implement scalable AI and automation solutions using no-code/low-code tools and scripting. Translate business needs into integrations and APIs, prototype AI-enabled workflows, ensure security and governance, monitor and optimise performance, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Design end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile across onboarding, investing, reporting, and portfolio flows. Run research, prototype, test, define metrics, deliver wireframes, UI, and design-system-aligned specs, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and analysts to launch and iterate.

Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth European investors: identify and onboard new clients, present Mintos' multi-asset offering, maintain accurate CRM records, guide clients through onboarding and verification, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to improve client experience and engagement.

Lead and manage day-to-day regulatory reporting and the transition to bank-grade reports (COREP, FINREP, LCR, ALMM). Prepare, validate, and submit reports to NCAs; translate requirements into data/process specs; perform reconciliations and root-cause analysis; automate reporting; coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT; monitor regulatory changes; support audits and build out the reporting function.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and operational reporting. Ingest and transform data from APIs, enforce data quality, monitoring, and incident response. Optimize SQL performance, collaborate with Analytics/Product/Engineering, and document systems and best practices for reliable large-scale reporting.

Develop and maintain native Android apps across Mintos products, deliver new features, improve UX and performance, contribute shared components, write tested code, participate in code reviews, and help evolve CI/CD and release processes.

Lead the people side of an engineering pillar, managing 20–30 engineers across backend, frontend, QA and test automation. Own hiring, performance, career development, capacity allocation, onboarding and difficult conversations. Provide the CTO structured visibility into pillar health, hiring pipeline and risks, participate in architecture reviews as a stakeholder, and work with a peer to define cross-pillar practices and ways of working in a regulated, customer-focused environment.

Build and maintain native iOS apps for the Mintos ecosystem. Develop features, shared components, and performance improvements; write clean, tested code; collaborate with Product, Design, and other iOS engineers; improve CI/CD and release processes.

Lead Power BI architecture and enablement, designing semantic models, optimizing data loading and report performance, and defining development standards. Build enterprise-grade semantic models, DAX measures, row-level security, and polished reports. Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed analytics, review and improve report performance, and support users.

Translate complex investment workflows into actionable product requirements. Lead research, prioritize backlog, analyze platform behavior and KPIs, maintain Confluence docs, coordinate releases and QA, drive stakeholder communication, and support discovery and user research.
